Bakery Policies

Please review these policies carefully. We are happy to address any questions or concerns.

Booking Policy

No order is confirmed and booked until payment of a 50% deposit of the full order amount. This amount will be taken off the total. The remaining 50% is due upon receipt of your order.

Cancellation Policy

Any order cancelled at least 72 hours in advance of the order due date is eligible to receive a full refund of the 50% deposit. Any order cancelled less than 72 hours in advance will forfeit the 50% deposit paid, but will not be charged the remaining 50%.

For customers who cancel orders with less than 72 hours notice, but who choose to book with us again, will be subject to a deposit of 100% of the total order price to confirm booking.

No Show Policy

Any order fully prepared and ready for receipt by the customer, but where the customer does not present for pick-up/hand-off of the order and does not communicate with us is subject to forfeit of the 50% deposit paid. Depending upon the size of the order, the customer may also be subject to payment of the remaining 50%, for a total of 100% payment of the full quoted price.

For customers who no show, but who choose to book with us again, will be subject to a deposit of 100% of the total order price to confirm booking.

Refund Policy

Any order completed in full, with confirmed satisfaction from the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

 

If the customer voices any issue or concern with the order prior to, or at, hand-off, we reserve the right to address and correct the issue. If no resolution can be found, the order may be eligible for a refund of the full 50% deposit total and the order will not be given to the customer. 

Hand-Off Policy

Once an order has been paid in full and handed over to the customer, the customer becomes solely responsible for the product. In the event of defects that occur in transit in the customer's care, the customer can reach out to us and we will do everything we can to fix the order. 

Order Changes Policy

We will do our best to accommodate any changes to orders, including design or quantity, however, we reserve the right to decline any order change requests received less than 72 hours prior to pick-up. Order change requests may also be subject to price and deposit change, depending on the nature of the request.
